Entitled “Educational paths in music: new ways of approaching music education”

The Organization Science View and the music, online community MusicHeaven under the support of the pan-European open, educational platform Open Discovery Space are organizing a summer MuSci café on new ways of approaching music education at all educational levels.

MuSci café are events held in cafes or multiplexes, aiming to show how science interacts with music. These discussions aim at knowledge and awareness distribution among general public about the combination of these two concepts in particular thematic areas.

The concept: Music accompanies our lives and plays a catalytic role in our life and in education.

The idea: When technological tools and new teaching approaches are added in the game of music, it changes entirely the way we learn music and new ideas surrounds music education.

The event: In one place public, scientists and experts gather and exchange views and experiences!

We would like to invite you to an event that will be held at Polis Art café (PESMAZOGLOU 5, ATHENS, 210 3249588) on June 20, Thursday, at 20.00.

Scientists from the University of Athens (Assistant professor Christina Anagnostopoulou, Postdoc researcher Angeliki Triantafylllaki), Haugesund University College of Stord in Norway (Assistant professor Oded Ben Horin), the department of RnD of Ellinogermaniki Agogi (Dr. Sofoklis Sotiriou,Petros Stergiopoulos) and the expert from the Music industry (Antonis Plessas) will honour us with their presence in this MuSci cafe!

The entrance to the Cafe is free and open to anyone interested. Because the number of places will be limited, it is necessary to timely enroll.
